This is the actual build log of the Tollbridge workspace, summarized from the committed wave notes (docs/swarm/WORKSTREAMS.md) and the commit history. No dates are fabricated — evidence is the commit hash.

Wave 8 — developer portal (this wave)

• apps/docs — this portal: fumadocs (fumadocs-ui@16.15.11, fumadocs-mdx@15.4.1, next@16.3.5, react 19.3.0 — pinned exact), ten documentation sections, every apps/api route documented with four example styles (curl / TypeScript facade / Python reference snippets / MCP tool call), pricing table generated from @tollbridge/core PRICING at build time, link-integrity + content-conformance test suite.
• Concurrent waves (owned by sibling agents, listed here only as pointers): apps/web marketing/dashboard, Python SDK, and remaining §-workstreams — their entries land here when they land.

Wave 7 — client surface + observability

• 7-N MCP: the 7-tool catalog and official-SDK server over both transports (15b52d8 test list → 17de32b GREEN; @modelcontextprotocol/sdk pinned 1.30.0).
• 7-O TypeScript SDK (01317df): the Tollbridge facade, one method per route, automatic x402 over the real API (single-flight nonce guard, client-side challenge verification), hey-api generated client pinned 0.71.1, 56 green tests vs the in-process API.
• 7-P CLI (154c6a3 → 18ac577): the tollbridge command surface — JSON + human output, x402 flow over a facilitator-seam mock, redaction guard.
• 7-U observability (4d5d3a3 → fd8e754, 808bac6 → 1a07b08): pino redaction, the 11 canonical toll_* metrics, OTel noop-default tracing, alert rules — wired into apps/api.

Wave 6 — engine + API

• 6-A decisions engine (afecc1a → e61eb66): §1.8 DecisionEngine over real Postgres — honest-refusal map, provenance hashing, sealed rulesets, idempotent re-serve, deterministic policy-only replay with REPLAY_INPUT_LOST, append-only ledger with payment_id FK.
• 6-B apps/api (3051287 → 72cb745): Fastify 5 createApp — free market snapshot (mission §24), paid S01/S02/S06/S07/S11 surfaces, x402 gate wiring, PRICING-generated discovery (x402.json, mcp.json, agent.json, llms.txt, OpenAPI 3.1), universal error envelope, rate limits, docs/api/API_REFERENCE.md with the generated price table.

Wave 5 — signal catalog + green matrix

• 5-E questions (f9abfa4 → 918ee1b): the 11 launch-signal catalog (S01..S11) with measurable events, refusal budgets and jev mapping; methodology tables (5eef2b7).
• Runner + repo-wide green: vitest scoping fixed, pnpm test:integration orchestration, full matrix (637 package tests + 93 integration) exit 0.

Wave 4 — features, policy, calibration, x402

6fec952 → 7fb0790, four workstreams RED→GREEN: feature engine 1e1440a (112 tests), policy engine 9788008 (63, json-rules-engine 7.3.1 sealed v1), calibration 2c0dd87 (45+4), x402 gate c85c645 + 7fb0790 (standard x402 v2 flow, 48+6 tests).

Wave 3a — contracts

• @tollbridge/types extended with §1.5 FeatureEnvelope, SignalId (S01..S11) and WalletState (+11 compile-time contract tests); @tollbridge/decisions bound to the shared vocabulary; CHECK-drift reconciliation in 001_init.sql with a 9-test regression suite.

Wave 2 — foundations

• @tollbridge/types §1.1 verbatim vocabulary, @tollbridge/core JCS RFC 8785 hashing + PRICING (49160ad); 134 tests green. Vitest + turbo pipelines (aa029c8); 001_init.sql 18-table DDL with append-only triggers + payment_events journal (af7927b, 4ebcc31).

Wave 1 — scaffold

• e65eedf: monorepo skeleton, workspace manifests, founding docs (OSS leverage map, repo map, workstream board).
